MD & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Thimmaiah has more than 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. He has been in the business leader role for more than 15 years at well-known MNCs. Before joining MTL he was VP, MD & CEO at Meritor, Inc responsible for Asia Pacific region which includes Manufacturing, R&D, Sales & Marketing across India, China, Australia, Japan, Singapore, etc. He spend 10 fruitful years at Meritor. Prior to Meritor he was Managing Director at Honeywell Turbo Technologies for 8 years. Preceding Honeywell he worked at operational leadership roles at Cummins, Tata Cummins & BEML.

He is driven by his strong sense of achievement that emanates from his ability to create the required strategic plan and execution for the future of the company. He has spent his 15 years of his initial years in manufacturing while executing green field projects & turning around brown field business.

Thimmaiah is a proven people manager & has a strong foundation in process orientation and relevant operational excellence techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, TPM, etc.

Thimmaiah brings a rare combination of an Indian upbringing, with a deep understanding of what works effectively in a multinational corporation.

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO)

Satish is an experienced business head with country leadership experience in large multinationals. With more than 26 years of experience, he is an expert in Global Account Management, Business Development, Multi-Channel Sales, Solution Selling, Strategy Development, Retail Supply Chain, Product Management and P&L Management. Before joining Manjushree, Satish was heading sales at Johnson Electronics as Director – India Sales.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Anil has more than 22 years of experience in diverse Senior Leadership roles in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Procurement & Project Management with reputed multinational Automobile (Honda), and Food & Beverage (Pepsi, Mars/Wrigley, Kellogg, Danone) companies. Before joining Manjushree, Anil was Director of Operations at Danone. 

Anil is a Lean-Six sigma black belt holder and a hands-on leader with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving cultural transformations.

Director Technical

An engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, Baheti ji has more than 4 decades of experience in plastic processing, involving various technologies. He has been an integral part of the Manjushree growth story from less that Rs.10 Crores turnover to more than Rs.1000 Crores turnover as director operations.

Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Gaurav has 9+ years of experience in strategy planning, commercial excellence, change management, performance management, M&A, investor liaising and CXO decision support. Before joining Manjushree, Gaurav was Associate Director, Corporate Development at CMS Info Systems.

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Thiagarajan is also known as Rajan, having 28 plus years of experience, and worked in various MNC organisations like Piaggio, SAME-DEUTZ, Weir Group Plc., and IMI Plc., in Information Technology & Systems. He is Post Graduate in Physics and Postgraduate in Computer Science from Madras University. Also, completed his 2 years Postgraduate in Business Management from Strathclyde University, UK. During his career he implemented various Enterprise systems like SAP, M3, JDE, Oracle EBS, IFS and having experience in latest technologies like IOT, BI, AI and Industry 4.0 solutions. He will be driving all the digital initiatives for MTL including stabilisation of current ERP solutions and create long-term IT strategy which will support the business to achieve 3X growth in the next 5 years.

Vice President Sales (V.P Sales)

Satyananda has more than 20 years of experience. At Manjushree he is an experienced Vice President Sales with a demonstrated history of working in the plastic and packaging industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Business Strategy, and Team Management. Strong marketing professional believes in true Leadership with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing from University of Mysore.

Business Head (New Business) & Head of Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

Manish is a qualified CA and CS and has over 13 years of rich experience across industry verticals like Flexible packaging, Cement, Investment Banking etc. He was last working with Jindal Poly films Limited as Chief General Manager - CRMS. Prior to that he has worked with Dalmia group, Evalueserve and CRISIL Ltd. 

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Deepak is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of work experience with several MNC blue-chip companies, namely Nestle India, Cola-Cola India, and Indo Nissin, in various leadership roles.

Deepak brings in multifaceted experience from almost all domains of finance, encompassing business strategy, planning and execution, performance management, treasury, investor relations, taxation, and risk management, to name a few. Prior to this role, Deepak was working as CFO with Neuland Laboratories Limited and was part of the Executive Leadership Team for over two years. Deepak is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Business Head - Containers

Rajiv has more than 20 years of experience in the plastic packaging industry; he and his partner founded Classy Kontainers, a Mumbai-based plastic packaging solution provider that Manjushree acquired in early 2022. An engineer by qualification, he has hands-on technical expertise about materials, machines, and molds. He has acquired rich sales, commercial, and financial knowledge as a business owner. He is highly motivated and strongly believes in a customer-centric approach to business.
