The manufacturing process employed to create PET packaging doesn’t contain the use of any heavy metals, eliminating any concern for the presence of harmful chemicals such as BPA or DEHP. PET is also preferred over materials like glass and metal, which are expensive, fragile, heavy, and non-flexible with a high friction coefficient to withstand fluid flow.



HDPE has a good barrier property against moisture. It has stronger resistance to most solvents, acids and alkalis.

At our facilities we have a high-cavitation extrusion blow molding (EBM) machine with 125mm centers that is ideal for large vitamin packers, as well as OTC pharmaceutical and personal care products; In addition to the injection blow molding machines that run the smaller HDPE bottles.
